HT/DcR offers design/build services for project implementation.Industries served include water and wastewater, aggregates, mining, cement, chemical, phosphate, power utilities, citrus, sugar, pharmaceutical, food and beverage and manufacturing.Our electrical engineering department is staffed to provide Manufacturing Execution Systems(MES), plant networking, data integration services, advanced controls optimization studies, DCS and PLC systems, graphical operator interface (HMI), machine control, power and controls engineering and design. We also offer ARC Flash Hazard Analysis surveys including short circuit analysis and protective device coordination.Our mechanical engineering department has years of experience in multiple industries. They have engineered and designed piping systems, pressured vessels, heat exchangers, dryers, ducts, chutes, conveyors and specialized equipment including performing the stress analysis. Our mechanical group is efficient in the development of 3D modeling.Our structural and civil engineering department has professionally licensed engineers with vast experience in design and analysis of both new and existing structural systems including pipe racks, conveyor support systems, process structures, equipment foundations and access platforms. We offer 3D modeling of the plant facility.
